This warranty applies to HOOK HOLSTER™ products sold in the United States of America and Canada only. The HOOK HOLSTER™ is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, provided that the HOOK HOLSTER™ is used and maintained only in accordance with the written instructions in this manual. Subject to certain exceptions, Hook Holster LLC will repair or replace any part on HOOK HOLSTER™ that, after an examination by Hook Holster LLC representatives, it determines to be defective in material or workmanship or which results in loss of one (1) complete unit of the HOOK HOLSTER™.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, damage from abuse, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidents, alterations, or repairs attempted or completed by anyone other than a Hook Holster LLC Authorized Service Center. This warranty is null and void if the instructions for use and safety warnings found in this manual are not followed. This warranty is null and void if the HOOK HOLSTER™ shows any evidence of tampering or damage upon inspection by a Hook Holster LLC Authorized Service Center. To submit a request for warranty coverage review, contact us at 972-777-5546 or howdy@hookholster.com. At Hook Holster LLC’s request, customer will prepay return shipping to return the damaged product for review. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase with the return. You do not need to register your HOOK HOLSTER™ in order to receive applicable warranty coverage.

Hook Holster LLC’s sole obligation under this limited warranty will be limited to either, at Hook Holster LLC’s option, replacing or repairing defective goods, and the customer’s exclusive remedy for breach of this limited warranty will be enforcement of such obligation of Hook Holster LLC.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE EXCLUSIVE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY ABOVE IS A CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE HOOK HOLSTER™. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS CONDITION, YOU SHOULD NOT PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HOOK HOLSTER LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY COSTS, ATTORNEY FEES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS ALLEGED TO BE AS A CONSEQUENCE OF ANY DAMAGE TO, FAILURE OF, OR DEFECT IN ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PROFITS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOK HOLSTER LLC DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE; TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
